We want you to love your Lusteria bracelet. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. This Refund and Returns Policy explains how returns, refunds, and order cancellations work at our store.
Return Window
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unworn and in the same condition that you received it, in its original packaging with all tags and materials included.
How to Start a Return
- Contact us at shopping@lusteriaus.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
- We will reply within 48 hours with return instructions and our return address.
- Pack the item securely and ship it back to us, using a trackable shipping method whenever possible.
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome by email.
Please do not send items back before contacting us – returns received without prior approval may not qualify for a refund.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Please note that your bank or card provider may need a few additional days to post the refund to your account. Original shipping charges are not refundable.
Return Shipping Costs
If you are returning an item because you changed your mind or ordered the wrong product, return shipping costs are paid by the customer. If your item arrived damaged or defective, or you received the wrong product, we will cover the full cost of return shipping or send you a free replacement.
Damaged or Defective Items
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your bracelet arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the issue. We will make it right with a free replacement or a full refund, including any shipping costs paid.
Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order for a full refund at any time before it ships. Once your order has shipped, it cannot be canceled, but you are welcome to use the return process described above once it arrives.
Late Returns
Returns requested more than 30 days after delivery are reviewed case by case and may be eligible for store credit at our discretion.
